Maybe those people who joined the rally in EDSA earlier today needs to learn this. So that at least they will know how to defend themselves from the police who really don't know how to use the stick. Mas madali nga naman kung babarilin ka na lang kesa habulin ka. Although, its not the case during perceived rallies because law enforcers are obliged not to use firearms.
Everytime, I see a barangay tanod, MMDA, police, or any person carrying an arnis or yantok as they call it, most of the time I tend to wonder if they really know how to use it. Of course, in the martial arts, we are often taught not to underestimate an opponent, but... anyone can tell what's obvious.
